How do I use these products and how often?
Our superfoods and oils may be ingested, topical or used as aromatherapy. They are labeled on the product page of each specific product. A scoop/drop/tenture of the product each day will give you the daily nutrition you need on a vitamin level. You can put them in your smoothies, water, juice and more!
